James Gannon - Financial Secretary

James Gannon serves as Financial Secretary and is a seven year veteran of the police department. He is currently assigned to the Investigations Section as a Detective.

The Financial Secretary is responsible for maintaining a full and accurate account of the standing in the association of each member. The Financial Secretary shall keep a record of the names and addresses of each member. The Financial Secretary shall notify any member who is six months in arrears personally, or by letter, informing them they have thirty days from the date of notice to make sure such arrears are paid. The Financial Secretary shall prepare a balance of account of the finances of the Association.
