Steven DelBene - President

Steve DelBene serves as President and is a fifteen year veteran of the police department. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Section as a Patrol Sergeant.

The President is the Executive Officer of the Association. He presides at all meetings and decides all points of order, acts as judge at all elections, appoints all committees, fills all vacancies therein and shall be, by right of office, a member of each committee. Additionally, the President shall negotiate on behalf of the membership, represent the membership in all contract grievances, enforce all rules and regulations of the Association, ensure a safe working environment and cooperate with other Police organizations.

Jason Bronstein - Vice President

Jason Bronstein serves as Vice President and is a thirteen year veteran of the police department. He transferred from the NYPD to the Scarsdale Police Department in January of 2013. He is currently assigned to the Investigation Section as a Detective.

The Vice President shall aid and assist the President as the latter may request. During the temporary absence or incapacity of the President all of his powers and duties shall be exercised by the Vice President. If the office of the President shall become vacant, the Vice President shall become President for and during the un-expired portion of the term. With either the President or the Treasurer, the Vice President shall sign checks for the payment of money by the Association.

Timothy Behrmann - Treasurer

Timothy Behrmann serves as Treasurer and is a thirteen year veteran of the police department. He transferred from the NYPD to the Scarsdale Police Department in January of 2012. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Section as a Patrol Sergeant.

The Treasurer is responsible for the union's finances. The Treasurer shall receive all money coming to the Association and deposit them into the appropriate banking institution. He shall pay all bills of the Association and shall prepare and submit a financial report to the members of the Association annually.

Eric LoGiudice - Secretary

Eric LoGiudice serves as Secretary and is a ten year veteran of the police department. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Section as a Patrol Sergeant.

The Secretary is responsible for keeping accurate records in the form of minutes of all meetings of the Association. The Secretary shall cause to be printed and posted the minutes of all General Membership and Executive Committee meetings. The Secretary shall receive and refer to the appropriate person or committee all bills and communications received by the Association. The Secretary shall have the care and custody of the Association’s roll of members.

James Gannon - Financial Secretary

James Gannon serves as Financial Secretary and is a seven year veteran of the police department. He is currently assigned to the Investigations Section as a Detective.

The Financial Secretary is responsible for maintaining a full and accurate account of the standing in the association of each member. The Financial Secretary shall keep a record of the names and addresses of each member. The Financial Secretary shall notify any member who is six months in arrears personally, or by letter, informing them they have thirty days from the date of notice to make sure such arrears are paid. The Financial Secretary shall prepare a balance of account of the finances of the Association.

Daniel McGinn - Sergeant-at-Arms

Daniel McGinn serves as the Sergeant-at-Arms and is a six year veteran of the police department. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Section as a Patrol Officer.

The Sergeant-at-Arms shall maintain order at all meetings. He shall determine before any meeting is called to order that all persons present have the right to attend, and if any person is found to be present that has not such right, shall eject him before the meeting commences. He shall likewise determine whether persons seeking admittance later have the right to attend and shall refuse admittance to anyone not entitled thereto. He shall during all meetings keep a position near the entrance to the meeting room. He shall carry out all directions of the presiding officer and perform such other duties as may be assigned to him by the President or the Executive Committee or as may devolve him by virtue of his office or of these By-Laws.
